  • Models:Infinity
  • Effective Date:22-08-2017
  • Validity:Metro & Tier 1 cities (Select cities* only)
  • End customer only.
  • Activated devices only.
  • Device should be in warranty and confirming to terms mentioned on the warranty card.
First Time Fix (Repair):
  • Software will be done.
  • Accessory replacement will be done.
  • In case of hardware failure, repair will be done by consuming spares if required.
    • Replacement will be of the same model or equivalent model.
    • Cosmetics of the device will be as the earlier one or similar.
    • While the replaced device is being given, warranty of the original device will get transferred to the swap/replacement unit.
  • No change in DOA policy.
  • Non-activated devices.
  • Out of warranty calls.
  • Liquid logged / damaged devices.
  • Calls not booked in Metro & Tier 1 cities*.
  • Calls booked after official working hours.
