1. The customer must receive the job sheet when the product is given for repair(s) at MICROMAX service centre & the contents of the job sheet must be verified by the customer.
  2. The customer must produce the original job sheet at the time of taking delivery. MICROMAX service centre reserves the right to refuse delivery upon non-production of the original job sheet.
  3. MICROMAX shall not be obliged to undertake repair of products found waterlogged, liquid damaged or tampered as a result of repair carried out by unauthorized repairers.
  4. Repair carried out by MICROMAX on out-warranty product are warranted for a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of handing over of the products to the customers. The repair warranty shall not cover any repair done by MICROMAX under clause (3) mentioned above.
  5. The defective parts replaced while undertaking the repair of the product will not be returned to the customer.
  6. The charges for labor as well as spares used for out-warranty repair shall be as per the applicable price list approved & recommended by MICROMAX.
  7. The estimate given at the time of acceptance of the product for repair is provisional and may vary at the time of the detailed Quality Check. The final expected charge be more than initial estimate, MICROMAX will proceed only after taking the approval from the customer unless it is only up to 20% in excess of the estimated amount.
  8. All payments against repair shall be in cash only.
  9. In the event of delivery is not taken by customer from MICROMAX within 45 (forty five) days from the date of written intimation by MICROMAX, MICROMAX reserves the right to auction the product to recover the repair.
  10. MICROMAX is not liable for any delays, non-performance, failure or non-delivery of the products to contingencies arising from any force majeure, acts of GOD, storm, earthquake, accident, strikes, lock-out, industrial dispute, labor trouble, transportation embargo, imminence or the existence of any state emergency, war, war like condition, civil commotion right, inability to obtain any material, refusal of license, approval or imposition of sanctions, any measures taken by government which renders it impossible or impractical to MICROMAX to perform, supply, service or deliver the product to the customer.
  11. MICROMAX is not liable for any memory, setting and data loss during the repair.
  12. Acceptance of the equipment and completion of the job are subject to availability of spares. If the equipment cannot be repaired due to non-availability of spares, the equipment will be returned to the customer ?return without repair? condition after charging the Quality Check charges.
  13. Accessories are accepted at owner's risk and MICROMAX is not responsible for the accessories not recorded in the receipt.
  14. For out-warranty repair customer will have to mandatorily produce copy of invoice.
  15. Within warranty if the set is repaired by local mechanic then the warranty will be declared void. By accepting the job sheet, it is deemed that the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned in the job sheet.
