Ethanol from Bihar
Micromax Biofuels operates a 100 KLPD ethanol plant in Bihar. It supplies fuel-grade ethanol to oil marketing companies under the Government of India’s Ethanol Blending Programme. The plant gives the company a manufacturing base in India’s clean-fuel market.
The aim is fuel that is sustainable, able to scale, and reliable in use. Each volume produced is a step toward a cleaner fuel mix, and toward making clean energy ordinary rather than exceptional.
